The hotel was in a marvellous location, overlooking the garden. By the way, WiFi fee is NZD 2 per hour. Would recomand it and we ca n't wait to go back.

The reception was nice and very clean. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Spent a nice evening at Rice Paper, located right at the venue. We appreciated this hotel.

kids loved it.
much dust and dirt under beds, found rubbish on shelves. bathrooms have no ventilation, tiles were very slippy due to the extreme angle of floor. Ok for adults but dangerous for the toddlers. However for budget accommodation what can you expect?
